Shipping
We ship all our orders over $35.00 with free standard shipping.
For all orders under $35.00, we charge a flat fee of $9.95.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement.* Please note this excludes public holidays and weekends.
*Due to increased volumes, our delivery partners are also experiencing some shipping delays. We will endeavour to ship your orders in line with our below timelines, however there may be some delays which are beyond our control.
Gifting by Mr. Smith
Orders including ‘Make it a Gift’ will have an additional 48 hour delay on dispatch times.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard Shipping
Delivered within 3 business days to metro areas (excluding Western Australia and Northern Territory)
Delivered within 4 business days to non-metro areas
Please note, orders containing aerosol products will experience slightly longer delivery times. This is because they are considered dangerous goods and must be shipped by road.*
*Our aerosol products are Hairspray, High Hold Hairspray, Dry Shampoo, Volumising Spray, Mousse and Dry Texture Spray. All packs containing aerosols will be treated as an aerosol and will be posted accordingly.
What if I won’t be there to receive my order?
If there isn’t anyone available to take receipt of the package at the delivery address, you can have it left at your door by simply providing authority to leave at checkout.
You can provide any instructions for delivery in the order notes field at checkout.
What if my order is taking longer than expected?
If an order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, we can open an investigation with the relevant carrier to locate the parcel. Please note, we cannot resend the order until the investigation is complete and the parcel is either located or officially classified as lost.
What if my parcel gets returned to the sender?
Please ensure you enter the correct address details when placing an order and collect your parcel within the specified timeframe — as specified by your carrier. If a parcel comes back to us marked ‘returned to sender’ you will be charged the total shipping cost to resend your parcel.

Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. We are only able to accept returns on products which are deemed faulty or damaged.
