Due to increased volumes, our delivery partners are experiencing some shipping delays. We will endeavour to ship your orders in line with our below timelines, however there may be some delays which are beyond our control.
Currently, we are only able to ship orders within Australia and the USA (via our American store).
We ship all our orders with free standard shipping.

We recommend allowing extra time for holiday orders to arrive in time. To avoid disappointment please ensure to place your order as soon as possible. Please see below the cut-off dates for shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivered within 3 business days to Metro areas (excluding in Western Australian and Northern Territory)
Delivered within 4 business days to non-Metro areas
Please note, orders containing aerosol products will experience slightly longer delivery times. This is because they are considered dangerous goods and must be shipped by road.

*Our aerosol products are Hairspray, High Hold Hairspray, Dry Shampoo, Volumising Spray, Mousse and Dry Texture Spray. All packs containing aerosols will be treated as an aerosol and will be posted accordingly.
What if I won’t be there to receive my order?
If there isn’t anyone available to take receipt of the package at the delivery address, you can have it left at your door by simply providing authority to leave at checkout. You can provide any instructions for delivery in the order notes field at checkout.
