Shipping

We are experiencing some shipping delays due to the current Covid-19 outbreak. We will endeavour ship your orders in line with our below timelines, however there may be some delays which are beyond our control.

Currently, we are only able to ship orders within Australia and USA (via our American store).

We ship all our orders with free standard shipping.

Orders placed before 2pm AEST will be processed and shipped on the same day.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard Shipping

Delivered within 3 business days to Metro areas (excluding in Western Australian and Northern Territory)

Delivered within 4 business days to non-Metro areas

Please note, orders containing aerosol products will experience slightly longer delivery times. This is because they are considered dangerous goods and must be shipped by road.

Delivered within 4 business days to Metro areas (excluding in Western Australian and Northern Territory)

Delivered within 10 business days to non-Metro areas

*Our aerosol products are Hairspray, High Hold Hairspray, Dry Shampoo, Volumising Spray, Mousse and Dry Texture Spray. All packs containing aerosols will be treated as an aerosol and will be posted accordingly.

What if I won’t be there to receive my order?

If there isn’t anyone available to take receipt of the package at the delivery address, you can have it left at your door by simply providing authority to leave at checkout. You can provide any instructions for delivery in the order notes field at checkout.

Returns

We’re dedicated to delivering high quality products, but if your order is not up to standard, please get in contact with us.

We are only able to accept returns on products which are deemed faulty. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your product is faulty, email us at shop@mr-smith.com.au with your name and  invoice number.
